At the Awards session of IAOP's 2015
Outsourcing World Summit in Phoenix, Arizona, recognition for his service to
the Sourcing community was given to
ITSqc Director, Dr. Bill Hefley, by IAOP's Chief Executive Officer, Debi Hamill.
Dr. Bill Hefley was recognized by IAOP as an exceptional contributor - a 2015 Award Recipient as
Member of the Year.
IAOP honored two of its members at a luncheon ceremony during its annual conference,
The 2015 Outsourcing World Summit, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort, Phoenix, Arizona on February 17, 2015.
Honored were Ron Babin, DBA, COP, Ted Rogers School of Business, Ryerson University and Bill Hefley, Ph.D., CDP, COP, Clinical Associate Professor, Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration, University of Pittsburgh, and Director, ITSqc, LLC.
This is the second year in a row that IAOP has chosen to honor an ITSqc Director with this prestigious award. Dr. Jane Siegel was named
IAOP Member of the Year in 2014.
Bill is a Certified Outsourcing Professional Master Class Instructor, as is
ITSqc director Jeff Perdue.
Hefley serves on both the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
and Training and Certification committees of the IAOP. In addition, he co-chairs the
IAOP Global Human Capital Chapter. He has has served for several years as a judge for the
Global Outsourcing 100® and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors, and has served as the Chair of the
IAOP/ISG Global Outsourcing Social Responsibility Impact Award (GOSRIA)
judging committee since the establishment of this award. As a Director of ITSqc, Hefley is a Corporate & Professional Development Strategic Alliance Partner.
He co-authored IAOP’s Outsourcing Professionals’ Guide to Corporate Responsibility with Ron Babin.
