Pittsburgh, PA , February 1, 2012 - ITSqc professionals will be actively participating in the
IAOP's 2012 Outsourcing World Summit, to be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, 20-22 February. This conference will be
preceeded by an offering of the eSCM Implementation Course.
The eSCM Models and their use are the focus of two parallel sessions in the main program:
- On Wednesday morning, as part of the Hands-On Practicum For Outsourcing Buyers track,
Dr. Bill Hefley, COP, will chair a discussion of the use of the eSCM-CL in client organizations.
He will be joined in this session by Diego Tovar discussing adoption of the eSCM-CL in SABMiller, and
more broadly in Latin America, as well as other speakers.
- Also on Wednesday morning, Dr. Jane Siegel, COP, will be chairing a session focused on
eSCM-SP in the Hands-On Practicum For Providers and Advisors.
She will be joined in this session by Diego Ossa Carvajal, BPO Project Director, Carvajal Servicios y Tecnología, Colombia, and
Jorge Osinski, PMP Manager, New Business Acquisition and Quality Programs, IBM Global Delivery Center, Argentina.
Also, on Tuesday morning, Bill Hefley will be taking part in a Keynote Panel focused on
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Risks and Rewards. This panel will be moderated by
LaMae Allen deJongh, U.S. Human Capital & Diversity Managing Director, Accenture. Other
panelists include Essein Lore Eme, Associate Director, The Rockefeller Foundation; Pumela Salela,
Advisor to The World Bank; and Jeremy Hockenstein, CEO, Digital Divide Data.
Results from the IAOP's most recent Bi-Annual CSR in Outsourcing survey will be discussed.
