Hinduja Global Solutions Awarded Capability Level 4 eSCM-SP Certification

Pittsburgh, PA , May 14, 2012 - Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has achieved eSCM-SP (e-Sourcing Capability Model for Service Providers) Capability Level 4 certification. Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is a BPO, customer support and outsourcing services provider. HGS, part of the multi-billion dollar conglomerate - Hinduja Group, provides outsourcing solutions that include Back Office Processing, Contact Center services and customized IT solutions to its global clientele comprising several Fortune 500 Companies.

HGS sites across India, the Philippines, and the United States achieved this Capability Level 4 certification in their first Evaluation for Certification. HGS is the first service provider to be eSCM-SP certified in the Philippines, and HGS is the first service provider in the United States to have acquired eSCM-SP Capability Level 4 certification.

The scope of the certification includes Customer Services voice and back office, Claims Processing and back office, Technical Support Services, and Fulfillment related to Customer Services. The Full Evaluation for Certification was conducted onsite by UL-DQS, an ITSqc Authorized Organization.
