Course Description
The eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers course introduces
participants to the concepts, terminology, and structure of the Model and the
interrelationships of the Model components. Participants will gain an
understanding of the value of the Model for service providers and clients and
identify major characteristics of service providers at different capability
levels. Participants who have successfully completed the course will receive a
certificate of completion. |

Materials
As part of the course, participants will receive the Model book, "eSourcing
Capability Model for Service Providers", the course notebook, and supplemental
readings. |
