eSCM Capability Determination Options

|
ITSqc, LLC supports the following options for organization undergoing an
Capability Determination based on the eSourcing Capability Models.
Evaluation for Certification Options
|
 |
Only a Full Evaluation for Certification or a Mini Evaluation for Certification leads to ITSqc certification. These are third-party external evaluations of an organization's capability, based on evidence of the organization's implementation of either the eSCM-SP (for service providers) or the eSCM-CL (for clients). Certification should be sought when an organization wants a public record of its capabilities. |

Full Self-appraisal
The Full Self-appraisal examines all of the eSCM Practices. A Self-appraisal does not result

Mini Self-appraisal
A Mini Self-appraisal is an appraisal, addressing a subset of the eSCM Model Practices,
that does not result in certification. It is used to rapidly and economically check the status of
an organization’s improvement efforts. It can also be used as a means of determining gaps between
